  • Full vendor management (bills, landscaping, snow, pool, etc.)

  • Seasonal opening/closing included

  • Concierge services (grocery stocking, custom requests)

À La Carte Services:

  • Property check & report (per visit) — $75–$125

  • Emergency call-out (per incident) — $100 + $60/hr

  • Seasonal opening/closing (winterizing, spring prep) — $250–$500

  • Concierge stocking (groceries, firewood, etc.) — $75 + cost of goods

  • Bill/vendor management — $75/month
